This stunning one bedroom penthouse apartment is situated in the Calahonda Royale urbanization just 35 minutes from Malaga Airport, midway between the busy resort towns of Marbella and Fuengirola. This spacious and well furnished apartment provides generous accomodation for two people with the option of a sofa bed for family holidays.

A large, bright, airy lounge/diner and separate double bedroom have sliding doors leading onto a south facing terrace with cushioned chairs for relaxing and enjoying the sun and ocean views. Yet another grand terrace above with more gorgeous ocean views provides additional privacy for those serious sun worshipers.

There is a television, DVD player, and CD/tape/radio for your own entertainment.

The modern well-fitted kitchen has an automatic washing machine/dryer and a microwave as well as fridge-freezer, toaster, all cookware, utensils, cutlery and crokery and ample storage space.

The apartment is a five minute walk from the quiet beach of Calahonda or a 10 minute walk from the lively Cabopino beach with its many lovely restaurants. In the more secluded area of Cabopino there is a naturist beach. There is a private swimming pool belonging to the Calahonda complex and both tennis courts and golf courses are very near. The area boasts of 30 golf courses in a 40 mile radius of Calahonda. The apartment is also 5 minutes walk from many convenient restaurants, supermarkets as well as a DVD rental shop, launderette and banking machines.
